Drywall Installation / Repair / Ceiling Texturing
This area was a 30' x 30' x 10' high shop I finished for a client. Client hung all drywall and I did all the mud and ceiling texture application so client could paint.
This Client had a water leak that took out 1/3 of the entire ceiling and 13 feet of wall space in his basement office/weight room (converted garage). He had a company come in and tear out the drywall and insulation until they found no more moisture.
I was hired to install new insulation in ceiling & wall, install new 5/8" drywall and mud & tape all joints. Patch areas on the beam where holes were drilled for moisture check and around can light where texture started peeling away. Texture and paint the entire ceiling, remove and install new casing on two doors and install base moulding throughout room.
